Try counting fish!Any more...I seem to zone out early and wake up around 4:00, but, I get my 7-8 hrs every night.Rg

In bed and asleep at 7:00 last night, up at 3:45. Got up once , but I drink a LOT of water. ( had one kidney stone in my life.....don't intend to have another) I never adjust to the stupid Daylight Savings Time changes. Summer time I'll be in bed at 8:00 or so and up around 5. My best suggestion would be an exercise routine every day and eat dinner early if you can. My Bride and I eat around 5pm. Although I don't do my morning walks in this cold weather, I still do a light weight workout and stretching every morning. I also get in 6-8 miles in the store every day cruising around helping customers. Keeping your weight down also helps. I dropped 40 lbs a few years back and it just makes me feel a whole lot better. We all have to change with age. Rg
