How about my buddy spider Larry? Flipped his kayak in 20 foot of water seven other boats on the lake when even help him try to get the shore. Some people are real a-holes
I remember that story Chez! Lots of Richard Craniums in this world!!😡

Last week the wife and I were up fishing your awesome oneida lake on our annual
July walleye trip. We splashed and dashed our way to a good not great walleye trip.
Just good only because of our windy rainy weather week.
Fishing is usually great. Was wondering
if next year we decided to add a mid September trip, how is the walleye
pattern different in September then July. We usually pull worm harnesses at 30 to 40
feet mid lake in July. Any help in the Sept. pattern would be much appreciated.

Perch are schooling up better in September too if interested in them

Phil we started fishing at 6:30 and it was dam hot without much breeze , but the jig bite was good , , as the sun fell behind the clouds it was much more comfy with a little breeze , ,

Bunch of good post here last few weeks I had to take a couple weeks off to catch up on some things at home so I headed up to camp this past weekend for some jigging and 3 moves in to the morning we landed on a mother load so we started there Sunday morning and never moved the fall pattern is setting up and it should just get better as the season goes

Anywhere from 1' - 40'.  But around this time of year through September I really like to concentrate around 4'-15' on humps on the the midlake shoals.  Swim baits, lipless cranks, blades and jigs all work depending on the specific water/need for me.  Look for weeds.

Nice job PP & crew!
Took one of my old salmon fishing buds out on Oneida this weekend. Complete train wreck. Showed up late on a forgiving meet time. Then didn't have his lunch, so I took him back by his house to get it. Then he says, he needed to go buy a license.  >:(  The list goes on and on. Certain cardinal rules are a must for the invites to keep coming. Vent over.....

My rule - You burn, you don't return.

I have family and friends (with kids) that love to fish and if you take up a spot and then don't show, it erks me that you ruined it for someone else.
