Little slugo or bass assasin would be my guess?
Why the jighead?
 I like em wiwth a 60degree bend instaed of 90, just me, but I use them for dragging the bottom and the angle avoids snags. Are you fishing them under a float I assume?
Whats the deal? never seen one just like that.

no float, 1/100oz jighead...fish it as SLOW as possible

look in bass pro.
