Home From Da UP
« on: Sep 16, 2022, 08:32 AM »
Came home a day early from Crystal Falls so nephew could get a good night's sleep before driving home to Charlotte, NC. Had a great trip. Weather was warmer then usual. Hit 80 on Tuesday but was in 60's and low 70's the rest of week. Cooled down at night, 47 degrees. Had to put up with pretty stiff north wind couple of days. caught good bass. Largemouth during the day and Smallmouth at night??? Weird!? 4 LM that went 4lb and 3 SM that were also 4lb. They hit mostly on Hotntot and Double Spinners, Chatterbaits and other crank baits. A few on the banks but most on 8' flats and mid lake humps. Hardly any color yet. Calling for mid 80's next week. Haven't had a frost yet. Guess "Global damned Warming"???
Came through Milwaukee around 3 o'clock and I294 around O'Hare Field around 5 o'clock into Indiana, what a s-show!!! Start -stop pain in the rear! Got off at Calumet Ave and took route 6 through scenic Gary but made better time. Took about hour longer then usual. Will try and post some photos.

Can't get dang photos to load. came up on phone but can't remember how to get them on computer?

Send them to your email address and then upload them to your files? From there get them here?
