These photos below were all taken on the banks of the Hudson River just outside of Schuylerville, NY. They span a few different days toward the end of last year in no particlular order. This is right in the middle of the area that is targeted for the dredging, so I am trying to get out there as much as possible before the ugly stuff starts. This is about 1.5 miles from my home in Northumberland. Anyway, if you're in the area, stop by the Hudson for a few, you never know what your going to drag in...
A smallie in the sunshine.

My buddy, Rob, with a fatty walleye. Bottom fishing with a nightcrawler.

Yes, that is a cannon bullhead. Just before dark on a crawler. Just under 6 lbs(5lb 14oz). Never seen a bullhead that big in my life! A bit of a surprise! (And no, that isn't a big old bush coming out of my zipper, just some rogue weeds. I know what you're thinking...)

This big dog came late, but it was worth the wait. Just under 11 pounds, again on the crawler.
