Good karma returned

I always enjoy taking different people out on my boat, some of them are complete strangers that I meet just randomly, I took this older fellow out one day last fall, can't even remember how we met, he asked me if I was interested in a box of lures he had, said they were old and ugly and if I wanted them I could have them, well I ran into him last night and he gave me the box with a tangled up mess of I'm guessing 100 or more lures. On the way home I stopped for gas and while the pump was pumping I peeked in the box again and these were sitting on top of the pile.
Kinda anxious to see what else there is in the box!!
Another cool one
Anyone know what this one is? It looks like it is made out of Bakelite.

Took me a while but I got them all untangled, going to be fun trying all these out, never used most of them never heard of some of them, ended up being 7 of the old school suttons, a couple look like custom paint jobs.
Anyone ever try these?

Spin-n-glows behind a set of cowbells, or in other places a dodger, are a Great Lakes togue standby.

Great story and a good haul. Trying new (or new-to-me) lures is always fun, especially when they work.

We used to use them for fluke in the salt. Worked well. I've trolled them here a lot for togue. Minimal success at best.
