A river runs through it (Lehigh Gorge)
« on: Apr 23, 2004, 03:06 PM »
I know this will get put in it's proper place but maybe a few will see it here before it gets lost in the Pennsy threads. This is the Leigh Gorge home of wild brown trout. On PA's trout opener there was no one in sight for most of the afternoon. Fishing was off until about 6:00 pm when the sun set behind the ridges. I ended the day with one 13" stocked brookie and a beautifully colored wild brown the brown was released after this photo.

Thanks FM

FM, it's fine here.  If you'd like it moved I can accomodate.  The pictures board would be a good home though if not here or PA.  Nice pics by the way.

Nice looking Brown FM. I think browns are the best looking trout. Most people like the way a brookie looks. But thoes are great pics FM, thanks for shareing :)
