Small find of Morels

 I wanted to let them get a smidge bigger. But wasn’t sure how much snow we’re going to get in the area overnight so I picked them yesterday . Not much but makes for some good eats.

What type of area do you find them? Old apple orchards good?

Old Apple orchards can be a hot spot. The ones in the photo where picked in my own back yard 
Under a wild Cherry tree. It’s the third year in a row I have found them there.
