Shore fishing just opened today @ the Q

A few years back Allan and I did a night trip to the Q. I believe i title the post "3lb Heart Attack". Every fish we got that night (and there were a few if i recall) hit right at the shoreline in front of us. Since we were using top water, it was a huge explosion of water mere feet in front of us. Scared the crap outta me a few time that night lol.

When you don't know they are there and they slap that tail a few feet from you... That will wake you up!

That and they tend to sit on shore in the late evening, and sit there until I nearly step on them...then leap into the water and do a giant tail slap.
