hello anyone know what lakes are open up north like blue mountain eight or seventh trying to hit them early for some action out of the boat any info would be great thanks.

None of those are yet. A week or so I would say, they are looking really black.

Monday blue moutain lake looed pretty frozen to me. froze from shore to shore. It will be awile yet at least another week. long ride to get there and find ice

im thinking with all that rain and this warm weather it could be gone by sat.but i would hate to drive all the way there to find ice.i wonder if i can call someone tomarrow to find out for sure.any ideas

i talked to the guys at pecks lake in the adirondacks. They said some of the bays were open and it was starting to break up a shore. Its at about 1400ft above sea level there.

were at pecks or the places i described i have been talking to the inlet people they said it was gonna go today i might take the chance tommarrow if there not i hit indian up maybe
