Niru-san it was very good.  Even my 5 year old daughter had some and enjoyed it.  It was a great meal before a day of fishing!

Now it's time to go troll one last time before we get ice up here!

Today I also went smelt fishing.
This pic is smelt rice. It’s so tasty. But it will lose to Wagyu beef :D

Yes it is.

Niru-san I had decent fishing.  The smelt rice looks very good.  I will be smelting soon!

It’s good! :D Your location is best for ice fishing. I will start ice fishing about after 2 weeks. Then, I would like to post to ice shanty com.

The pic is the new handmade smoked box. I’m going to make smoked rainbow trout weekend.

I made smoked rainbow trout using new smoked box. Unfortunately it was not caught, bought from fish farm.
The outside temperature was low, so temperature control was serious, but I could make it. The taste is good!

Thank you :D
It was a difficult point of this time that the structure is weak and the heater of the heat source is weak. I would like to improve next time.
