been on lake james yesterday, been told there is a musky lake, living in chesnee sc...would like to find out how to get to this lake.. i think its called eckerd,or ackerd i'm not sure, any help would be greatly appreciated.....dave

the french broad river is the best place in nc for large musky..
you want big smallies head to lake james...
i belive eckard is a private lake that has only one launch. and the home owners on it are pretty anal about not letting outsiders fish it..-this is only what i have heard but sounds true enough..
