I have heard the same thing. I think they hit the sunfish and bass beds pretty hard. It could be bad news for the sunnies and bluegills.
Absolutely , they eat pretty much anything that can't eat them

mcully, they don't seem to move that fast but I could not catch them by hand.  They don't go very far when you spook them and as you know they hang out on the bottom.  I would think that they would make easy prey.  They come in a variety of sizes.  I have seen their fry hatch on cobblestone areas, they hide under the rocks!  jperch

You just never know what's gonna happen when ya take Release fishing :o ::) :w00t: :rotflol: Hit the trout streams with Filet&Release today and Release decides as usual he wants the big fish prize.
So were fishing these streams with water levels low as h&ll and look what that clown comes up with :flex:

Dam it Release!!! We are suppose to be trout fishing ;D

Awesome job on the Gator Release!  ;D. Nice day to be out there and nice trout Freddie and Coach!!

I got out with my buddy Dave and my buddy Jan on his pontoon boat from 6:30 to 8:30 yesterday evening. Fishing wasn't to hot. We ended up with 2 keeper eyes, a few nice perch, and 3 smallies. The sunset was crazy last night!  It was great to get out. Also did a little scouting after dark with the headlamp.

Nice job findin em
