Guess I found you Old Timer....had to go to the VA today they said I need a tune up, going to do some pt for the next month, back problems. Anyhow I took a ride on Beach Rd. today, didn't see anyone out ice looks pretty crappy. I'm ready for open water or the Harley whichever comes first.

PT can do wonders if you get the right place.  I've had some bad ones, just money mills. Once I found a small outfit where I had the same therapist each trip they straightened me out. Just take it easy when you start feeling better.. We all do to much too soon.  I was bad once, after 3 trips I was good, planted 150 garlic cloves and lost all I had gained.. Duh.... I won't be back in NY until well after ice out, I hope.  Strange year and ice conditions, Could go out early.

stopped by to today on way to work its opened up and moving good waters reel muddy ice was starting to jam up about 50' out at the very end the south side has quite a bit of ice build up looking down the canal the middle was carrying some ice down but not as much as i expected the rain really melted a lot, all the small feeders are really ripping around the lake.  think i may give the canal a try shore ice is not looking good at all

Are we going to have an early spring?, it would be nice to catch some crappie and bluegills. Always been a favorite of mine....if high water and wind doesn't spoil things
