Title: Cusk taste in summer

Do they still taste as good in summer? Might give them a try this year after icing my first ones this year.  ;)

Cusk fillets are awesome, no matter what time of year it is !! Of all the fresh water species, they are my personal favorite :thumbup_smilie:

Tried them for the first time this winter. Tasted awesome!!

We had some last night they tasted excellent!!!
