Panfish Maniacs !!!!!

...started at Maxwell's for steelies got a few then little guy wanted to go look for crappies we found them for sure everyone was pretty much using plastics they were doing OK but when we threw the mop jig it was game on lots a ppl a few guys were in disbelieve when they seen our jigs...but we kicked butt...bay bridge is where we were..jig took a beating but kept on a working well over 100 fish on that jig.1/64 oz

Tossed some small jigs of the pier north end of Owasco lake.  Water very clear and low.  Did not see any fish.  Just soaked up some late afternoon sun.  Will try some where else tomorrow.

....here's a before and after I use a leach chenille body makes a buggy look..this jig here is one of my all time favorites it's awesome for steelies to...I've tried using black chenille for a tail but for some reason this one much more productive these tails are really soft and they have super action in water no spikes just a jig..I haven't bought spikes in 2 yrs..

...found the crappies yesterday that was the biggest out of my limit and little guys limit others averaged 10 inches this one was almost 14 very cold day though wind was right in the face got some nice gills to and a few perch

Glad i gave you guys a heads up out east cause its going to be game over as soon as it started some years  .. does not look like that this year!!  the faster you get to them the less itch you will have.. by the the way nice job big guy on the big fish!!

The bit will be on for a while here yet this is the first yr in a while I got them this early in yr it was brutal out there wind was right in the face..I'll be checking other spots this weekend some of my spots the water is very low yet

We got out on the boat and shook the dust off today. Beautiful day, plenty of sunshine and the fishin was d**n good too!

Long drawn out winter big guy but it's good to be back on the soft water. Hope you and lil man smash em up good this year!

hinkydo hows that launch up there in fairhaven?  Any problems launching?

The launch at state park is clear to go.
Just like the perch I have been getting.
I plan on hitting the perch on Thurs.
Hope the weather cooperates.
