I finally got to fire up one of my smokers this weekend. My smoking over the last year and a half has been zero due to health, weather, and time. We had friends visit us at camp this weekend so I decided to do some bacon wrapped chicken thighs and some ABT's (bacon wrapped, cheese stuffed jaiepeno peppers) did some sweet peppers for the wooses.
