Boned a turkey breast flattened filled with ricotta motz Spinach and parm wrapped in bacon and did over charcoal and hickory

I have one that I do that is very similar.
I take a boneless chicken breast that I marinate in teriyaki sauce for a day or two and stuff it with cream cheese, chopped green onions (or scallions) and garlic.
I S&P the inside too.
Wrap things up in bacon, like you did.
Then do it on the grill and finish with a carmalized coating of Sweet Baby Ray's.
Awesome!!
But eating a whole one is crazy!!!
