Well Scott that is a good question. The Northern part of the state is dotted with alot of natural lakes and the central to southern part of the state is more reservoir orientated with the added features of the Ohio River and strip pits in the southern part of the state. So it would be in my best judgement to divide the state into two parts.

This is going to be great, if it is anything like the shanty.  More fishing info and less politics, like the other message boards like fishin.com.

I just happen to click on the link off of iceshanty.com, has anybody posted there to let others know about the new site?

Hey Kid,you know were gonna get on them walleye in about 2 weeks, the water temp at Brookville is 41 degrees, theyre gettin'some males as we speak, but i dont try and fish for the eyes till theyre off the nest,I feel when u fish over theyre nest its could harm the eggs, and no reproducing means no walleye,so i wait till theyre off the nests

indiana fishing is alright. The dnr lets us get away with to much, there bein no season on anyfish, it looks like it might be on a downward climb.
