I've searched for morels, but not much luck. Not sure how to find any other edible ones except puff balls in the fall.

I don't know about it being a good year so far for us northern boys...it is just getting started and time will tell.  But I really like the pics.....

Cooked up about 2 pounds today that I de-hydrated about 5 years ago. Still tasted fantastic. Dusted in flour fried in butter till slightly brown and crisp...  Don't get no better. GOOD

I'm chasing crappie! I'm hoping to get into the woods later today but it's hard to not go fishing and no ticks in the boat!! 
Crappie, Bass, Gills, Eyes, Pike, anything that swims!!
