I'm chasing crappie! I'm hoping to get into the woods later today but it's hard to not go fishing and no ticks in the boat!!

Your fishing partner likes fishing better too!

I hit a couple spots where I find yellows every year.
Nothing yet in my spots.

3 days of lookin for a couple hours each, 29 bagged, no monsters greys. Neighbor hit a spot that is a mass producer. Don't know if they cleaned it out but wasn't a single found there this year so I`m just guessin they did, lol. I`ve heard real good reports comin from down south of us, so maybe the mass pop be here real soon.

Dang JT........I would think they would be abundant in your area.  I am finding them in the Warsaw area.

I've picked over 300 nice yellows so far this season, best I've done in years. Ash and poplar have been the go-to trees, with a solitary apple producing well also. Actually, I think my woods is about done.....slowing down greatly now.

Been a slow start this year. Usually find lots of small greys early but they aren't showing up yet. I did pick some nice sized greys yesterday, just not many(15). Maybe quality instead of quantity this year. Could use some rain with this warm up that's coming. Next two weeks should be good.
