Bass lake

Drove by the ramp this afternoon. Parking lot was getting crowded.  Wife and I went there last night to work the dog on some retrieves. Glad someone got a few.

Found a couple today mixed with a few crappie and a cat . A couple bass went back as well. No one I talked with had caught any. The water temp was 68 degrees. That is 21 degrees warmer in 7 days. Also, found a few weeds coming up. Fished all over from 26 to 3 feet. All fish came in 3-5 feet. Didn't mark a thing in deep water.

Very windy today. Only caught 1 13 inch crappie and a LMB. One other guy had caught 1 small eye.

3 little largemouth (9 - 12 inchers) and a nice 4 or 5 lb channel cat. I was with 3 buddy's I hadn't seen in awhile so it was more talking and drinking then fishing really
