Tried 2 spots up river by hogsback, one spot at the resi, and finally the spillway today and could not catch even one keeper crappie. Caught a lot of small ones, and probably 10 nice white bass, but no big crappie.  Perhaps they moved further up river then i went. Think i will take tomorrow off and look for some mushrooms.

Yea just not sure what's going on with the crappie up river.   Got a couple buddies that's been fishing alot the past few days and haven't found them yet.  The other day i fished about a mile stretch near hogback and couldnt find them either. Good luck with the shrooms....there sure was an army of hunters out today, geesh!!!

Was there Saturday, got 14 11"-14" off of one spot in a bay by Pearson Mills SRA.... threw back about same amount of small males. All in some submerged brush next to a stump, float with just a minnow about 2' deep.
