SWEEEEEEEET ;D  I would love to hook into that.  He must have been using a 5 pound bass for bait.

Any details, like line, lure, jigging, casting, trolling, depth, etc.

Great freekin fish!

WOW!

Mac

Mongoose on a 15/0 treble?  I saw this yesterday on lake-link.com.  There isn't any good info over there either.  Regardless, that is the pike of a lifetime!!

Wow!  And I thought those slobs that Tip-up catches every year were unbelievable.

I don't think it's photoshop'd.  At first I did, and started looking for a seam or something wrong.  Finally realized it's just so d**n big I can't make my mind believe it's real.

I'd guess he was throwing musky baits.  You can see the tackle box by his left foot.

Simply HUGE

What a fish.  I couldn't even imagine the thoughts that went through that boys mind when he set the hook.    :o
Oh Lord,
There he is.
Feels like a big one.
Please don’t let me lose him.
I’ve never caught one this big before.
I’ll try not to horse him.
And if I land him I promise to release him
And make a graphite replica...
If my wife says it’s okay.
Thank you for the Rapalas.
Amen.
