i don't know why but i let my brother talk me into trolling for walleyes again
. at least i didn't have to set the alarm for 4am this time

fished a little over 4 hours and left with one fish a piece landed.we were off to a good start with 3 fish landed in the first hour but after that hooked and lost one other in the next 3 hrs.we got back to the launch and checked out the fish cleaning station-other guys had only a couple fish some only one then some charter captain shows up with 16 hog walleyes and 2 lake trout-i was almost tempted to book a trip to try and learn somthin after seeing all those big ones till i found out its 500 bucks for an 8 hr trip for 4 guys-thats a little over 30 bucks a fish
my brother won the coin flip for first fish a decent 27 incher
i had 2nd a eatin size 23"
the kid got the 3rd and final 24 incher
my brother was up next at bat but lost an 18 incher -i think we lost it on purpose so
he could be next for a larger fish but that never happened
kept them on ice and filleted and fried em up for dinner -man were they good
