AC marine in Auburn, kind off the beaten path but has lots of choice for minnows, shiners, suckers

Good thing about them is if there closed, their phone #'s are on the door to come sell you bait. THATS Service....

Man...this may come across wrong for some people.....but we need atleast one bait and tackle shop for anglers that want to easily access the west end of Oneida lake, Whether it be North Shore or South Shore. A shop that guarantees to be open 7 days a week , and also providing all the necessary supplies and knowledge to provide that angler his or her's best chance on a successful venture fishing Oneida lake

I don't know the area, but it looks like there are some bait shops in that general area, based off the map.
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there\\\\\\\'d be a shortage of fishing poles

Sorry to say...but negative. I am an avid angler and own a business on the west end of Oneida. There is no shops on the north shore(route49), till Cleveland (Apps landing). That is 3/4 of the way down the lake. South shore Had River Rat in Brewerton, but I'm not so sure they are still open. Gander Mtn. in Cicero is the next venture. Well of the beatin path for locals. Someone needs to make a viable bait shop around the west end, and I've been thinking about giving it a try.

Since you already have a business, if you have space to add on a bait area, you're well more than halfway there. Seems like the investment in tanks and refrigeration for the bait is small compared to the investment in a commercial location, which you already have.
