We had boiled cabbage the other night.
My entire family loves cabbage - St. Paddy's Day thing.

Anyway, this morning I fried up the left over cabbage a bit in some leftover bacon drippings.
Then folded in scrambled eggs and topped with some shredded taco cheese.
It was awesome!!!
