I just fill the sink with hot water and Dawn and let them soak for a little while. They clean up really well. A spritz of cooking spray prior to smoking helps with the cleanup.Rg

Tried the smoke tube tonight. Cooked some cauliflower in parchment paper and an angus sirloin center cut on the Weber. Filled the tube and added a really nice light smoke to everything. This thing has real possibilities.Rg
That's the great thing about the tube. It was designed to work in gas and charcoal grills. You can cold smoke too. I see cheese and eggs in your future.
