Was a fun cook. Had the Italian Sausage and baked Mac n cheese for dinner last night
Got done with the pork and jalapeño Mac n cheese in the wee hours of today. Was happy with the bark, first time I left it uncovered for the entire smoke. Took longer, but was happy when I went to bed
Freshened up with Mac n cheese with some milk and parm cheese, shredded the pork (left it wrapped in a towel in a cooler all day) added some apple juice to the bottom, both are warming up in a 250* oven for dinner
