I’ll put the recipe up here for those who can’t find it.
3 cups flour
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups hot tap water
Mix dry ingredients
Add water
Combine to form a shaggy dough
Put in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
Place it in the oven (oven off) and let rise 4-6 hours
Sprinkle flour around the edges of the risen dough and loosen it from the bowl to form it into a ball
Line your cookware with parchment paper ( I use this corningware I found at goodwill)

Cover and set aside while the oven is heating to 400*
Bake covered for 30 minutes at 400*
Bake another 15 minutes at 400*
Let it cool for a bit or enjoy some nice warm bread.
It takes me about 10 minutes of actual work to make this bread. No need to fuss with kneading or anything. Measurements don’t have to be exact. I’ve let rise for 4 -8 hours. Makes no difference.
It’ll last about 4 days or so. No preservatives and it’s delicious.
We keep ours on the kitchen counter.

Enjoy!
