My Bride and I opted for “breakfast for dinner”. Garden red tater home fries, sausage links,,eggs and…well…..that’s it.

Felt guilty eating something that good.

I have a bunch of friends coming over for a Fantasy football draft. Hawaiian Sliders, cocktail weiners and Meatballs,  jalapeño poppers, chicken wing dip and sausage, cheese and Crackers. Oh ya, and beer.

We got chicken leg drums for $.69/lb.
5# bag for only $3.45
Bought 2 bags.
Left out 4 drums for tonight and bagged the rest, 4 per ziplock, for the freezer.
The 4 for tonight are marinating in a cherry vinaigrette salad dressing.
I’ll do them on the grill.

Rack of ribs on the Weber. Having my neighbor and his parrot over later.

Made some slaw too. Sure smells good.

 Sounds good.
I just watched a video of a guy who took a rack and seasoned it and wrapped it in bacon. Wrapped in tinfoil and did it on his  Webber.  Looked pretty good.

Thawed out some leftover roast pork from the chest freezer I smoked up a few months back.

Some frozen corn and a box of Kraft Mac-n-Cheese to partner the pork.

Home made chicken noodle soup tonight. Made stock the past couple days. Seemed a good choice.
