Donna and I split a T-bone for bfast with an egg each.
Nice change and very tasty.

tonight we cleaned up some leftovers.
A couple chicken spinach sausages, cauliflower, and I mixed up a tossed salad with some bottle italian dressing that wasn't spoiled.

Chinese today. My Bride requested dumplings for our Sunday afternoon snack

Donna said frozen flatbread pizza she bought a week or so back.
Not exactly on the diet list but for Superbowl it works!!
Especially if I'm going to be tied up all afternoon on this rod I'm building.
