Linguine and meat balls with home made sauce and a hearts of lettuce salad. ( partially eaten before I thought to get my phone.)

Went to Seneca lake for northerns this morning notta came home and changed bearings and races on hubs on one of my boat trailers and got a nice crockpot of chili going to have with fresh italian bread for dinner!

Must be corned beef night.
Corned beef in Guinness Stout with Brown sugar coating.



Baked taters coated in olive oil and seasoned salt

Add some roasted baby carrots...



And a couple more Stouts.

Really tender and Rubens tomorrow ...or the next day.

Everything looks great!

Tough couple weeks. Last week I passed the time getting reacquainted with the smoker, which I hadn’t had out since January.

Today, it’s the Weber Kettle’s turn to spend time with me. Soaking chicken since Friday afternoon. Made noodle salad, and will toss a few potatoes on the Weber while I’m cooking the chicken off heat.

Almost feels like summer time. Even took the leaf blower out to dust off the patio

Chopping cabbage.  The bucket done on the porch will be sweet pickled slaw.  The other bucket and what I have left to chop will be sauerkraut.  Good stuff!!

I am jealous, I’m the only one in my house who eats slaw.

The bride doesn’t even eat sauerkraut on her Ruebens
