Had pan fried perch yesterday ,
Tonight had grilled fillets wrapped in bacon , Mediterranean potatoes and broccoli

Vacation is wonderful. But…it takes an old guy out of his element. We had a great stay. Super happy to be back home to familiar surroundings. I love my kitchen.

Anyway….

Ribeye on the Weber ( charcoal thank God), tomato and cuke salad with onion, garlic, fresh herbs, feta cheese, fresh Garlic, salt and pepper.

And….a skinned Zwiegles red for my Bride. Oh yeah….marinated russet potato wedges with seasoned salt.

d**n….I’m glad to be back in my cooking element.

We had grilled sirloin and shrimp salad tonight. Drizzled with lemon balsamic glaze and crumbly blue.

Yup only use gas grill on job cooking for crew DOT looks down on charcoal fires on road
