Son moved home from Texas and is working at UofR wife also works there I'm putting together alot of freezer meals for there lunches and dinners they can heat there
So far got chill, goulash and some  home made cheese/spinach ravioli
Next is meatloafs going in oven soon to pack with veggie sides and homemade chicken noodle soup ,at least if there not home there eating well ( I recycle containers) 😁

Recycling containers is awesome !!  They freeze well and if they get stained or lost, no big deal.

Some fried ham slabs
And a sausage, gritts, and sharp cheddar casserole.

Started yesterday afternoon making chicken vegetable barley soup finished it today came out great more freezer meals for wife and sons lunches ( and me) 👍
