Donna bought some of those low carb lasagna noodles a week ago.

I’ve been helping a good friend of mine raising 6 pigs ( one of which is mine) . Well today they went to be processed, beautiful set up at the butchers store, I could have stayed there all day watching and asking questions. I’m going to take all 6 livers and Try my hands at making lliverwurst . Never made it before but I love it.  Also asked them for a couple of the heads to try making Sous ,or commonly called head cheese . Should be interesting in the near future. I’ll post updates and pictures when I get started . I love trying new things.

Miller I just got some more giant pork chops from a buddy of mine. 
 He does 4 pigs every year..
I do a couple deer skulls for him and his son every year in exchange.. ;)
