I love loaded nachos Dom.
I used to get them at the bowling alley for dinner on occasion.
We could get them with shredded chicken instead of the standard beef.

Extra jalapenos please!!!!

Donna and I went to the fish market today for fresh seafood.
It was not cheap, but it was delicious.

I sauteed up some monster scallops for an appetizer in olive oil, butter, and lemon juice - superb!

Then, in the same pan and scallops' dripping, I cooked up two monster fresh haddock fillets.
They also were superb.

We had some left-over garlic mashed taters from the other day but we both were too stuffed to touch the spuds.

Awesome Friday night dinner.

Zucchini Parmesan tonight. Checked the garden today and found one hiding. You gardeners know how that goes. 18” long and
4” across. Still very good for Parm!
Already breaded and pan fried.

Can’t wait for dinner.
