Chicken tortilla soup for the bride's lunch today.
Kinda cold at 58.
So, it's a good soup day.

Big pot of chili on the stove for dinner. Gonna top it with some dumplings. Lasagna is ready for tomorrow’s dinner with our neighbor……and…..JoJo.
If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Yea.

Tastes like spinach, but flavored with some spices.
Heat and eat.
I like a little apple vinegar on mine.
Donna puts a little melted butter and S&P on hers.
We like them.

Geeze Dom. Makes my Wheat Chex look silly. I’d be good till dinner with that breakfast..

Lasagna is in the oven for Sunday dinner with our neighbor. Nice garden salad in the fridge waiting.

Making pizza today. Got me thinking about one of those table top pizza ovens. Anybody have one that they like?

Conventional ovens don’t get hot enough. Mine is 500 deg. Max. You really need 800-950 deg. To make an honest pizza. There’s accessories for the Weber but it would take lot of fuel to get it to those temps.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Bob - we bought a Ninja Woodfire Grill for our camper last year.
It can go as high as 800F.
It is electric but also has a small tray to add wood pellets for smoking.
I absolutely love this little thing.
I bought the griddle tray for it to do bacon, eggs, pancakes, etc. where I don't want the grill grooves.
I know people have done pizza in them and rave about it.
I have done steak, porkchops, chicken, and Reubens so far and love this thing.
It's easy to use and really easy to clean.....which I really like.
Check it out.
Lots of YouTube vids on it too.
