I’m the bread maker Mac.

Don’t use the Dutch oven any more. Just a deep Corning ware casserole I picked up at Goodwill. Lined with parchment paper.

Just wondering if anyone ever used your recipe with a bread maker.

Don’t know what to tell you Mac. Don’t know if it would work or not. Looks like the bread machines knead the heck out of the dough. The recipe I use is no knead. Can’t say how it would come out.

My sister had a bread machine ...bread out of it ok...this recipe is much more preferred by far .....did it just as recipe sais...she got rid of bread machine....I top my bread with " EVERYTHING " bagel topping....may try to make rolls out of it in big stainless baking pan with lid

Minced garlic in the mix is really good. I mean mix it into the dough. I mix it into the dry before adding the water.

Well, I watched the video and the “bread machine” spends a lot of time bashing the dough before baking. Again…..this is a “NO KNEAD” recipe. So, the results are un-tested.

I didn’t know they actually kneaded the bread dough.
Kind of answers why they cost so much (maybe).

Tried this for breakfast..cracked an egg in half a pepper topped with cheese and bacon baked at 375 till egg done..was good ..guess you could top with anything. Ham turkey, sausage...gonna try with smoked perch
