Shepards pie tonight

 Can’t remember the last time I had shepherds pie , sounds good
 Tonight was grilled shrimp, rice and cauliflower with bacon and cheddar

 Wife decided to put together a beef soup in the crock while I was out removing snow

I called it shepherds Pie.
I had left over mashed taters, left over roast beast, added a can or cord and a can of peas, and mixed it all together and then baked it.
Came out really good.
My sister and BIL joined us for dinner.
They liked it too.
Easy.

Of course, I "Franked" my helping up.

Made walleye cheeks over egg noodles
Sauce was a onion garlic butter sauce then added fresh tomatoes fresh asparagus salt pepper dill lemon juice and finished with heavy cream ...wife said was fantastic!! ....it was!!

Also just took loaf of RGs bread out over oven...we'll see how it is ..used whole wheat flour..wasn't as ' shaggy' dough as usual and feels heavier....trying in a bit

I made breaded pork chops for Donna - her favorite.

She loved them.
