Do I need a paddle in my 1650 Rebel? Never carried one on this boat... I do have a dinky little one I could throw on but space is a premium.

Is it required by the USCG - no.
Do you "need" it?

Get a small extendable one.  Better yet get 2, don't know if you've ever tried to paddle a 16 ft with one person, it's not exactly easy lol

Noco makes a nice jump pack there a little pricey but worth every penny when click click dead in the water can use to charge anything with USB as well
