Maybe he's going to Nashville then to Ga or springs or shocks then to Florida.

Got in to Safe-T-Plus in Tallapoosa, GA about 90 minutes ago.  Off-loaded Donna’s Escape from the tow dolly and removed the dolly from Betty.  Then parked them off to the side out of the way.
Parked Betty and just finished some dinner and a Bud Light.
We have an 8:30am appt in the morning for some suspension upgrades.  Koni shocks, larger sway bars front and rear, and their Safe-T-Plus heavy duty steering stabilizer.
This will take them a few hours.
Then off to the first rest stop over the Florida line for the night.
We are whipped!!!
It was a very long day.

Trip update.
Still in Tallapoosa, GA.
The suspension upgrade work we had done on the motorhome here at Safe-T-Plus took a lot longer than everyone expected.  Things went well, and the upgrades were well worth it, but took long.
End result is that we didn’t get back on the road and will stay the night here in their lot.  No tv or WiFi, but I have Maker’s Mark bourbon.  And another guy here gave me an IPA.  Anyway, now getting to the campground on Sunday instead of Saturday.
Life is good.
Here’s a pic of that IPA - it was awesome!!!

Sounds good Mac!
I woke up here in NW Indiana to that white stuff covering the ground and roof tops! Had a male Bluebird eating at my feeder. I bet he's a bit confused!! Be safe!

 Ok
Couldn’t stay overnight there
We are now sitting at a truck scale that has overnight parking about 25 miles south of that welcome center.
We will see if anyone chases us out

Many years ago my twin and I took a trip to Massachusetts non stop from Indiana as we lived in Mass a few years before. We were just out of high school and dumb so we didn't think of making a reservation anywhere for a layover. At some point we got so tired we were afraid of falling asleep at the wheel so we pulled into a Rest Stop in Massachusetts to get some shut eye. We had just fallin' asleep when bright light showed in the car and it was a policeman. He wanted to know what we were doing there. We told him and he said it was too dangerous to stay there and to get back on the road. Huh? I was wondering which would be more dangerous: the rest stop or the falling asleep at the wheel?

Glad you trip is going well. Keep us posted!

In
Somewhat unpacked
2 car loads of home things taken to the storage facility.
Then had a pizza and a few beers
Now I’m chilling
It’s 71 and we have the windows open.
Sweet.

Yea, back in WNY too I heard.
We leave to head back north Friday morning.
Get home about midafternoon on Sunday.
An easy 2 day - 2 night trip.

Then pull our stint back north until about mid to late October.
Then back down her by 11/1/22 for good.

As I've said, Donna is done with work 6/30 and me on 11/18, however, I'll have 3-4 weeks vacation to burn up so I'll leave about mid October.

We bought a small enclosed utility trailer.
We will start packing it slowly.
Probably make a short trip down here this summer in July or August to bring a load and get it into storage.
Maybe we can coordinate the trip with a house buying trip ?!?!?!

It's nice down here.
No more snow and really warm temps, which is what we really like.
But the largest benefit, there's no effin snow.
