What’s your Easter dinner gonna consist of,?  Ours ham, kielbasa and hard boiled eggs and of course hot horseradish.

I’ve got the ham, everything else is up to my Daughter.

One of the few days I don’t have to cook…..not that I mind cooking at all.
If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

First time doing perch in the air fryer.  First batch was a little over done. Second was not bad.

Flying solo this year, so I’m keeping it simple and to my liking.

Smoking ribs and chicken wings. Plan to enjoy them in front of my TV watching the final round of the masters

Family coming over for brunch. Ham is ready for the smoker , deviled eggs made , 2 casseroles ready for the oven and fruit salad made . Home fries will be made in the morning . Just need to decide if I want a Bloody Mary or a Mamosa  :-\

The family decided to change things up. We are going to do a chicken BBQ at my daughter's. Beans, mac and potato salads.
