Nice job Bruce...   How do you cook them?
I like mine deboned and cooked in pasta  sauce..... ;D

I let them simmer for about 45 minutes in some stock with veggies.

Then I picked them clean and ate it over rice.

The kids thought it was chicken. It is excellent meat.

the young ones i fry up like chicken.  the older tough ones   boil and remove the meat,  make pulled pork. use your favorite recipe  used to get 100+ a year  all with .22
