  Interesting , cant say as I've ever had Butternut Squash in pasta, but the sweetness would go well with the savory of the sausage. might just try that one Dom!

Made my heart stopping mac and cheese tonight.
It's a heart attack waiting to happen. I only make it 2 times a year at most.

Crazy amounts of  cheddar, asiago, heavy cream, butter and cheese.....and cheese....and more cheese.


Seriously delicious with my home grown wax beans.

Spegetti squash, with venison meatballs, and fresh peas. Side of fresh Perogi. With caramelized onion, garlic and mushrooms. Oh man this was soooo good.
