A few more pictures from the past two weeks on B.I.P.  Including two NH Grand Slams on Lake Winnipesaukee in the pouring rain today. A hefty 4.5 pounder eluded the camera as it was eager to return to the 62 degree water. The first fish of today was a female that started dropping her eggs all over Brownbaggin and the boat. He has a way with the hens...lol.      Our new "BIP Special" is proving itself to be market quality with high catch rates.

Thanks Richard and Eric..Even though the conditions were better suited for waterfowl..we slammed them. The simple enjoyment of placing friends on fish is enough for me...I did not even touch a rod all day except for a few instructionals of how to send out the line sets ( long line out to the board and stepping in with each line ), hook sets and how to net the fish and grab a quick photo as well as a quick release. All but one fish were released , one Salmon was kept for dinner. As a note the Green Ghost was at the launch and told me he had just ticketed a fisherman for having 8 rainbows in his possession.

Connor Perry joined us for an evening troll. 77 *F water temps, a fly hatch emerging and Rainbows, Rainbows and more Rainbows.....Way to put the hammer down Connor! Three doubles and one triple tonight! Thanks for a great evening on the water!

6/14/2015:

Winnipesaukee hammah time!! Great day on the water with Connor and Henry.....ehm Nick....LOL.....Lots of yearling Salmon today, the bigger fish were keying in upon the new hatch. Smelt were observed feasting upon the new hatch and in turn, the Salmon were there too. Rainbows were best bite with a beauty being taken by Connor Perry. Slightly above average Lakers were caught as well.

All in all a terrific day with Connor & Nick catching two new species, a new personal best Rainbow and both anglers achieved NH Grand Slams!!Nice to fish with both of you today, had a tremendous amount of laughs and many smiles!!!

Conditions and Lake Report:

Salmon have followed the smelt into Hex Hatch areas, one year old classes are still at 4&5 colors over 70 to 95 feet, Rainbows are very active at 4 colors and lakers were caught from 35 fow over 40 fow and at 65 fow over 70-95 fow. Water temps are 67*F at three feet. 10 Rainbows, 15 Salmon and 12 Lakers today. Good luck out there and there is your weekend update! Add 3 nice Smallmouth to the catches.
