Lemon Curry Swai on Long Grain and Wild Rice with Fresh Broccoli.
(https://www.myfishfinder.com/fishing_forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fimg.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fv15%2Fbrfixit%2F3-28-2012%2FDSC00368.jpg&hash=31e69f68ddba341bf1cf85bde8ea601e)
This is too easy and too good for words...but........
1 package of Ricearoni Long Grain and Wild Rice
2 Swai fillets (This is gonna work with any white fleshed fish. Walleye and perch come to mind)
Fresh Broccoli flowers
Lemon Slices
Sea salt, Cracked mixed pepper, Cilantro, Marjoram, Curry powder to taste garlic oil ( I infuse Canola Oil with garlic cloves).
Start the rice ;D I love Ricearoni. It's cheap, simple and very tasty.
At 15 minutes into the rice cooking add the Broccoli
Pat the swai fillets dry with paper towel and brush with the oil
Season to taste
At 18 minutes or so lay the fillets on top of the rice and broccoli and top with the lemon slices.
Cook till the fish is tender.
I ate the whole thing ;D
