I currently have a 525 mounted on my boat and am looking at picking up a used 525 without a transducer. Anyone know if I can lik the two head units and use one transducer? Or will I need to have another transducer. The one unit is mounted up front by the drivers seat/casting platform, and I was going to use the other unit at the back of the boat for the downrigger. It's kind of a pain in the ass to run to the front of the boat to check the depth of the downrigger when you are getting set up. Any help would be appreciated or a place to start looking, not having to much luck on the Humminbird website. Thanks
