Is it a Brand New or used unit. I bought a Eagle years ago that was bad out of the box, returned it to K-Mart for a replacement and got a second one that was bad. Got my money back and ordered one from Cabelas and it worked fine. Was it installed to manufacturer instructions? Can you feel the transducer "Clicking"
