Saying Goodbye To An Old Friend
« on: Oct 02, 2019, 07:11 AM »
Probably not exactly what you think....but.....I sold my "Little Red Truck" to my son-in-law. I've had it since 2005 and it's never let me down. But, it's aging and needs more work than I want to put into it. He's a very good mechanic and can do anything it needs himself.

I'm getting too old to wrench on a vehicle. Guess I'll look for something in the spring.

Think I'll miss seeing it in the driveway.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Not hardly. We have a 2019 Nissan Sentra Sv. A sweet little ride. Mama doesn't go too far so it's not really a problem having just one car.

Ha! We're just settling in to a simpler style. You'll get there in a few years.

You of all know I'm just yanking your chain. How about some pics? Sounds comfy.

Go over to the camping thread.
No pics of the new one......yet.
Donna and I go to the factory next Friday morning in Elkhart, IN to get a factory tour and also see our place.
We will take pics of it then and post them over in that camping thread
Donna did the decorating, etc.
But I specified a few items of desire for myself.
I'm getting concrete too!!!

LOTS of concrete.
